1.  We provide 14 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Restocking fees will apply. Transaction fees will be deducted for cancellations. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 14-day refund period has expired. We do not accept returns on products that have been used. Also, we can not guaruntee that the products will work for everyone due to each individuals skin type. 

2. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. All returned products (Replace or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorisation #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be processed.

4.If you provide us with the wrong address, there are 2 situations: firstly, if we have not dispatch yet, we can change the address to you; secondly, if we already shipped your parcel, we can not make any changes for you, you should responsible for any fees such as shipping and returning fee.

5. Please allow us to resolve any possible case. Our greatest mission is to provide you the best customer service.

6. A patch test 24 hours before your procedure is advised when using any numbing cream. We are not responsible for miss use and reactions.

7. Customers requesting International Shipping will be held liable for any customs fees or the cost of any import rejections/destruction of packages due to the relevant countries import laws. Customers should be responsible for knowing the laws in their own country.
